I'm so happy that everything is finally starting to get better.

Things are so good in my life right now that I was even inspired to write a journal entry about it.

Seriously, I don't write enough in my journals as it is.

But anyway, life has never looked better to me than it does now.

After surviving swine flu and that three month long cold I had, I've never felt better.

Although my grades aren't the greatest right now, they're at least better than what I had last year.

My creativity has finally returned to me, and I feel I'm drawing things better than I ever have before.

Nobody hates me right now, and that's always a bonus.

I recently reconnected with one of my old friends, and I honestly don't remember why we ever stopped being friends.

I just got my laptop back, which of course is always a good thing.

My life is so good right now, I'm even inspired to upload all my drawings and crap onto deviantart!

But saving the best for last, my boyfriend met my dad yesterday and things went very well.

We even went on our first official date last night to a play at my school!

And my dad didn't even drink any alcohol! I'm so proud of him.

So yes, things are better than they've ever been, and I have to make sure I make the right decisions to keep things this good.

Which means no lying, no slacking off on homework, no sneaking around.

But I'm up for the challenge.

This year is definitely a good one. ^^
